Grand Lido Negril is gently tucked into the glass-calm waters of a protected cove. Here the crystal Caribbean Sea gently kisses the broad white sand of our own private piece of Negril's famous seven-mile beach. The stunning architecture of marble, glass and stone sprawls throughout the meticulously manicured grounds, blending into the natural contours of Negril's lush landscape.
The soft white beach offers every watersport you can dream of, as well as the quiet seclusion of gently swaying palms. There is also a secluded beach for those who prefer their sunbathing au naturel. To protect the privacy rights of guests, photographs or other recordings of, on, or at this secluded beach are of course strictly prohibited.

"SuperClubs prides itself on the high level of service, quality and value offered to guests," says John Issa, chairman of SuperClubs, who introduced the "all-inclusive" concept in Jamaica when he created the first all-inclusive hotel on the island in 1976 - Negril Beach Village - which later became Hedonism II in 1981.
Super Man
Revolutionizing the resort industry once again with the introduction of the Super-Inclusive holiday, John Issa promises vacations with no hidden costs. "The all-inclusive idea has become somewhat diluted in recent years. Many people travel to "all-inclusive" resorts and unexpectedly encounter concealed charges," says Mr. Issa. "At SuperClubs, the Super-Inclusive holiday package encompasses everything in one up-front price." Most recently, Issa's visionary thinking led to the creation of a new brand of resorts - Breezes. The Breezes resorts are true to the Super-Inclusive concept, yet are moderately priced and target value-conscious vacationers. The first two of the new line, Breezes Bahamas and Breezes Montego Bay, opened simultaneously on September 2, 1995.
"Essentially, each of the SuperClubs resorts offers specialty vacations, while sharing the exceptionally high SuperClubs' standard and Super-Inclusive concept," comments John Issa. The father of the totally all-inclusive concept and Super-Inclusive concept, Mr. Issa was named "Caribbean Hotelier of the Year" by the Caribbean Hotel Association in 1994. He was more recently named "Caribbean Person of the Year" by Travel Agent Magazine.
SuperClubs' The Innovators
SuperClubs celebrated its 25th anniversary last year with thirteen Super-Inclusive resorts under its belt and two in the planning stages of development. The all-inclusive concept was first unleashed in Jamaica in 1976 with the Negril Beach Village Resort (now Hedonism II) by the pioneer of the totally all-inclusive resort concept, John Issa. SuperClubs evolved through John Issa's ability to spot a trend. During the oil embargo-caused recession in the early 70s, he recognized that the only two areas of the tourism industry which did not suffer were Club Med and cruise ships. While differing in image, they shared one thing in common - they were both all-inclusive. John Issa took that original concept and elevated it to new heights creating the totally all-inclusive and Super-Inclusive resort concepts, which distinguishes SuperClubs from other so-called all-inclusives. Building on 24 years of development, the SuperClubs Super-Inclusive concept continues to grow Caribbean wide.

The ten Super-Clubs properties in Jamaica, Curacao, The Bahamas and Brazil are individually tailored to cater to the needs of different markets, while consistently delivering the high quality vacation, which has become synonymous with the SuperClubs Super-Inclusive product as a whole - and what SuperClubs' guests have come to expect. Super Developments
SuperClubs, the Caribbean’s only Super-Inclusive resort group, just opened Breezes Curacao - 341 rooms and suites for the whole family - and is planning two new resorts : Grand Lido, St. Kitts – Nevis and Breezes St. Lucia.
SuperClubs also announces the creation of an affiliated hotel brand, Starfish all-inclusive resorts. The value priced three star resorts will begin with two properties in Jamaica. The former Trelawny Beach Hotel, just outside Montego Bay has reopened after extensive renovations and the addition of new family-friendly facilities as Starfish Trelawny Beach.
