Shaw Park Beach Hotel & Suites offers a choice of three dining options. The Palm Garden Café The Palm Garden Café serves casual light fare, including Sandwiches, Pizza, Lasagna, Salads, Pasta and Pastries. It is open: 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. The Palm Room Gourmet Restaurant The luxurious Palm Room Gourmet Restaurant offers sophisticated Five-star dining under the supervision of Chef Mark DeKrines of Miami, USA, and Maitre D' Glenford Brown. Specialities include Shaw Park Jumbo Shrimps, Plantain Encrusted Mahi Mahi; Pina Colada Cheesecake. Open from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Dress code is casual elegance, and reservations are required. The Palm Terrace The Palm Terrace overlooking the Shaw Park beach offers al fresco dining for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Meals may be buffet or a la carte and the menu includes a wide variety of Jamaican and international dishes. Open: 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
