Randy Kraft began his Caribbean career as the watersports director with a chain of Jamaican all-inclusive resorts comparable to the SuperClubs Resorts in the early 1980's. Because of their history of working together in Jamaica, in 1992 SuperClubs management asked Randy to take a look at select SuperClubs diving programs for them. This consulting program now includes a continually expanding number of Caribbean resorts. Along with watersports consulting, Scuba One owner, PADI Master Instructor Randy Kraft, has worked full time in the diving industry since 1982, and markets dive travel worldwide.
Due to Jamaica's strict immigration laws, few other Americans, if any, have a background of living in Jamaica, working full time at Jamaican all-inclusive resorts, combined with worldwide diving experiences.
