Starfish Trelawny offers seven dining options with even the most eccentric traveler in mind. From Hot Dogs and Hamburgers to Tepanyaki and our world famous Jerk Pork, our dining outlets are bound to please your eager taste buds. Or if you prefer to dine-in, we now offer 24-hour room service for your convenience. (Room Service is not included.)
Buffet style breakfast, lunch, dinner or even a midnight snack is offered in the Starfish Buffet. This open-air restaurant is draped in the back with majestic coconut palms, fruitful mango trees and lush bamboo reeds, gaily dancing in the cool island breeze. Our open-air kitchen gives you the opportunity to have your meals cooked to order as our award winning chefs aim to please and pamper.Casual dress or beachwear (with appropriate cover up) is acceptable!

Choices of four-course dinners are available six evenings per week in one of four A La Carte Restaurants - Casablanca, Munasan, Giuseppe or Scotch Bonnet*.
At Casablanca, authentic Jamaican/Mediterranean specials tease and tantalize your palate throughout your four course, gourmet dinner! Dive into Crisp Salads, Hypnotic Soups, World Famous Entrees and Sinful Desserts!
Casablanca is open Wednesday - Monday, 6:30pm - 11:00pm (Surcharge on some menu items. For adults and children 14 years and up). Dress code will be enforced. For men, dress shoes, tailored pants, shirt with collar are required; women, no shorts, flip-flops, wraps, jeans, sneakers etc.
Why not journey with us to the orient? Our Japanese Restaurant - Munasan will undoubtedly have you completely submerged into this culture. Munasan is opened six evenings per week: Friday - Wednesday; 6:30pm - 10:30pm. The restaurant offers from sushi to sake and herbal teas to Tepanyaki and will have you in awe as your food is prepared for you, before your very eves, by your own personal chef! A surcharge is applicable and is payable upon making your reservation. Sushi: Enjoy our set menu from $12 per person or individually priced ala Carte items. $15 surcharge for Teppanyaki.
Or if you still want to travel, lets venture into Italy and sink your teeth into sumptuous Italian Culinary Magic. Welcome to the Giuseppe! Pasta, Pizza or Tiramisu, our chefs prepare all meals with a Jamaican Flavor and our hosts/hostesses serve it with the warm Jamaican Hospitality.
Giuseppe is opened everyday between 6:30pm and 10:30pm. Surcharge incurred ($10 per person, payable upon making restaurant reservation).
Scotch Bonnet offers the best in local Jamaican cuisine. From fiery Jerk Chicken to Beef Patties, relish in the local flavor at this casual restaurant. * Open Seasonaly weather permitting.
If however you prefer something simple, we invite you to join us at the Seashell Bar and Grill. Located on the main pool deck (next to the beach), indulge in an extended breakfast menu (10:30am - 12:30pm), Jerk Pork/Chicken, Hot Dog, Hamburger, Ice Cream, Sodas, Juices...
Seashell Bar and Grill is open everyday between 10:30am and 6:30pm and is included in your package!

Scuba One owner Randy Kraft began his Caribbean career as the watersports director for a number of Caribbean all-inclusive resorts in the early 1980's. With a history of working at these resorts we have been able to establish auditing programs with a number of Carribean all-inclusive resorts, which provide insight into the workings of dive programs to resort general management. Along with watersports consulting, PADI Master Instructor Randy Kraft, has worked full time in the dive and travel industry since 1982, and is now marketing travel worldwide.
